Hill & Wilkinson has begun construction on Crown Centre in Castle Hills. The 109,000 sf, four-story office building is located in the Castle Hills development in Lewisville, and the project’s first phase will be completed in 2020.
Crown Centre will offer easy access to Bright Realty’s The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre, mixed-use development that holds office, retail, multifamily and outdoor event space. The Realm, also under construction, will be completed in October.
