This project involved the conversion of a speculative warehouse into a multiple line beverage production and bottling facility. Included was demolition and replacement of over 100,000 sf of concrete floors, new CMU partitions with high-build epoxy coatings, and MEP systems for support of the new bottling lines. The facility included waste water treatment, blending, filling, packaging and warehouse. Expansion is available for future PET blow molding of plastic 12 oz and 16 oz bottles.
