Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors announced today that it has completed construction on FOURTEEN555, a 240,000-square-foot, Class A office building located at 14555 Dallas Parkway, just north of I-635 on the west side of Dallas North Tollway.
FOURTEEN555 is the first of two planned office buildings at the location and combines high-end finishes and efficient floor plates with unique amenities. The project also includes a four-level pre-cast parking garage with top level shade structures.
A full-service restaurant, fitness center, rooftop terrace and courtyard area with fire pits and other amenities are housed in a separate 3-story building called The Hub.
“FOURTEEN555 is an exciting addition to the Addison office market. The structure is an example of a 4+2 tilt-wall building in which floors five and six consist of smaller, site-cast concrete panels hung on structural steel,” said Kyle Swenor, Project Executive for Hill & Wilkinson. “This type of tilt-wall has been a growing trend in North Texas over the last several years and has been incorporated into several Cawley Partners projects.”
Fourteen555 is already 50 percent leased and was recently named Best Office Project by D Magazine at the 2018 Dallas-Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Cawley Partners is the developer of the project and BOKA Powell is the architect.
