The place called “Home” is sentimental to everyone. Whether the project vision is an apartment, mixed-use development, student housing, senior living or hospitality accommodations, the breadth of our experience can fulfill all those needs. Over the last 5 years, we have built in excess of 1800 beds among a variety of residential uses with various amenities that cater to a specific type of tenant or guest.

Mr. Jay Graham, a Texas multi-family industry veteran, leads our multi-family practice as senior group manager. Over his 26-year career, Graham has successfully developed and delivered more than 12,000 units, among a wide variety of project types, on a nationwide basis. He brings expertise in real estate acquisitions, project development, construction management, capital budgeting plus a keen understanding of HUD and tax credit financing.
