UT Dallas Student Services Building LEED® Platinum
Richardson, Texas
The UT Dallas | Student Services Building is the first LEED® Platinum project for the entire UT System. It has also become the first LEED® project on the UT Dallas campus. The 75,776 sf building provides a “one stop shop” for students’ administrative needs. The project scope consists of a Bursar’s Office, Financial Aid Center, Multicultural Center, Career Center, International Student Services, Counseling, Health and Wellness Center, Dean of Students Office and common and general circulation areas.
