This is a new contemporary, urban seven-story, 157-bed student residence hall on the campus of Dallas Theological Seminary. The 117,493 sf building is a concrete cast in-place structure with brick/cast stone and glass curtain wall exterior. The sixth-story contains an outdoor courtyard with landscaping and hardscaping. The fourth-story has an interior basketball court. A swimming pool and courtyard are located on the first level. The residence hall was designed to achieve LEED certification.
