The North Central Medical Plaza consists of two medical office buildings, a surgery center and parking structure. Combined, the Medical Plaza is 250,000 sf situated on approximately 6.1 acres located off North Central Expressway, on a tight site. The Carrell Clinic, Phase I is a five-story 110,000 sf Medical Office Building and clinic for an orthopedic surgery group. North Central Medical Plaza, Phase II is a six-story 140,000 sf medical office building developed as a joint ownership with Physician/tenants and Cirrus Group. This building provides physicians' offices and administrative space immediately adjacent to the North Central Surgical Center. Phase II also includes a five story, 300,000 sf, 780 car parking garage.
