This project involved stripping an abandoned 180,000 sf frozen yogurt plant back to the structure, exposing the salvageable components, then repairing and expanding the facility to a 280,000 sf state-of-the-art dairy and no-dairy beverage processing facility. The new facility includes a 5,000 hp ammonia refrigeration system, multiple raw milk receiving bays, a soy extraction area, multiple batching and filler lines and finished product coolers. The project was completed in 8 months.
