This project involved stripping and abandoned 120,000 sf warehouse back to the shell, exposing the salvageable components, then repairing, upgrading and expanding the facility to a state-of-the-art produce distribution facility. The facility includes a tomato processing area, ripening rooms, dry storage, freezer storage, receiving bays and office areas.
