Warranty Service Management

To build and maintain long-term relationships, Hill & Wilkinson maintains a staff of full-time Warranty Service Managers. This offers you the assurance that we'll take responsibility for the work we perform, as stipulated in our contract.

One year after the completion of every project, a manager conducts a walk-through with the building owner to identify and correct any issue of concern. If new ones arise, a manager will respond quickly, often the same day, in a fully equipped van to make covered repairs on the spot.
