ESTIMATOR

Position Summary: Estimators are responsible for bid day preparation, preconstruction communications, bid documents such as plans and specifications, maintaining job folder organization and conceptual budgets/project costs based on quantity surveys with senior staff. Candidates should have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering or up to four years of directly related field experience.

PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary: The project manager is responsible for controlling the flow of information on the project. This includes ensuring that the goals or objectives of a project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The PM’s roll is to support and facilitate field operations. This includes monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, construction documents and owner/architect expectations.

PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (APM)

Position Summary: The project engineer assists the project manager in facilitating and controlling the flow of information on the project. The PE’s roll, as with all project management, is to support and facilitate field operations. This includes monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, construction documents, etc.
