As we enter the fourth quarter, our construction activity has been fueled this year largely by institutional, healthcare and Federal work. We are also seeing a strong push to rebrand or renovate existing buildings. Many owners and facility managers are choosing LEED and energy efficiency upgrades. Our current portfolio of LEED projects is approximately $172 MM.
