Steve McVay

Having served in the US Army, Steve began his career in construction as a carpenter assistant. McVay later worked at Fluor Daniel and joined Hill & Wilkinson in 1987 as a Superintendent. As a Senior Vice President of Field Operations, McVay has oversight of all field personnel; ensuring projects are properly manned and schedules matching talent and skill to meet the construction complexity. In addition, McVay is a critical second set of eyes to trouble shoot for quality control and site safety checks.
