With more than 25 years of construction experience, Driscoll shares responsibility with Doug Talley for overseeing the firm’s operations in the manufacturing / high technology / special projects / industrial construction services / institutional division. Through the 25 years of service with Hill & Wilkinson, Driscoll has held positions as Estimator, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Group Manager, and Vice President. He has been responsible for training employees in Hill & Wilkinson budget & control systems and assisted in implementing a new Project Management Software.
