Fritz McKinstry

Fritz began his construction career in 1967 as a laborer, carpenters helper and field engineer working on highway projects in his hometown of El Paso. After graduating from UTEP in 1973 he worked for Fluor-Daniel Construction Company as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.

In 1985, Fritz became co-majority shareholder with Greg Wilkinson and VP of operations for Hill & Wilkinson.

In 2000, Fritz became Chief Operations Officer and in 2009, became Co-Chairman with Greg Wilkinson.
Fritz has served as a board member of the North Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the North Texas Education Foundation.
