Doug Talley

Talley worked in construction through high school and college. He graduated Texas Tech University with a degree in Construction Technology. Joining Hill & Wilkinson in 1989, Talley worked as a Project Engineer and held positions as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Group Leader in building specialty teams to grow Hill & Wilkinson’s diverse construction practice. Talley shares oversight of all Hill & Wilkinson operations with Paul Driscoll.
